The payroll cost calculator offers approximate estimates based on parameters entered and assumptions stated in the tool. The result creates no enforceable entitlement or claim against Aiana, an employer, an employee or any third party. Never rely on it for payroll runs, statutory filings, contracts or final budgets without independent professional verification. Applicable legislation, collective bargaining agreements, sector-specific joint committees, individual employment terms, benefits and exceptions must be reviewed by a qualified payroll or legal specialist. The calculator may not reflect every case or change in the law.
